On Thursday, March 23, 2017, Andrew spoke about “What Most Lawyers Don’t Tell You About Business Partnership Agreements” at NOEW 2017. With an audience of 40-50 people, he discussed the key factors that contribute to creating a valuable partnership agreement.
By borrowing tools from psychologists, Andrew walked attendees through a detailed process that addresses conflict resolution, scenario planning, and expectations in detail that most lawyers don’t even know to ask about. The final result is a partnership agreement that allows the partners to focus on growing the business without stressing about their relationship.

New Orleans Entrepreneur Week has made big strides
Andrew attended NOEW two years ago, and the conference has grown in big ways since then. The new space was large and comfortable, and as a free event, it was able to attract all sorts of entrepreneurs. Lunch and snacks throughout the conference area made sure everyone was well energized. Andrew was only able to make it to a few presentations, because at NOEW, you will easily bump into people in the hallways.
New Orleans Entrepreneur Week is a great place to network, connect, and reconnect with others in the New Orleans business community. Andrew is already looking forward to next year!
